Sheepskin Slippers

Red Squirrel Store's rustic sheepskin slippers, handmade for us by a tiny workshop.  Cosy and breathable with sheepskin upper, cuff and insole plus a cushioning, waterproof EVA sole. Each pair is lightweight for easy pottering about at home.

Because each pair can be so individual in terms of colour and texture, we normally, only sell these slippers face-to-face when we make pop-up appearances. This year we’re tempted to experiment by offering a representative selection here online too. We could all do with comfy house slippers!

To select a pair, scroll through the photos to find your size (women's sizes S 37/38, M 39/40 or L 41/42). Then choose your favourite pair from letters A-H and find that pair in the dropdown menu to order. Each pair is a one-off but if the pair you love is already sold, message us to see if we have something similar.  Please note, however, that there are very few pale shades or black pairs just now.

Details to look for when choosing include:

- suede type or smooth leather type upper

- long fluffy cuff or short neat cuff

- fluffy or springy carpet-like type sheepskin footbed.

We think the mule style suits the combination of sheepskin pieces and our feet stay warm even with an open back.  In case you were wondering we don’t offer a bootie-style as this wouldn't work well with the thick outsole.

Indoor use.

Typically lasts 1-2 years with frequent, reasonable use until you may want to get a new pair

To clean, sponge with a damp cloth and dilute, mild detergent and dry away from direct heat .  Do not wash or immerse in water.
