Coronavirus update: We despatch and we've added London Pick-up options!

UK Delivery may need to be without 'signed-for' service at our discretion and next-day delivery may not be possible. We send by Royal Mail, making use, if possible, of their Parcel Postbox without entering a Post Office. International post may incur some delay beyond our control.

Products and packages are handled as hygienically as possible. As an extra step, where practical, we may even steam or lightly spray with antiseptic spray (or both) and let items air dry then promptly pack for despatch.

Returns may not be processed in a timely manner if we do not receive or cannot access returns as normal. As ever, as a small business, we ask you to please only order items you are confident you want to keep.

We trust you will understand. We want everyone, no matter where, to be as safe as possible.

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland):

There are a small number of postcodes in the United Kingdom where Next Day or Saturday delivery may not be available.

Next Day orders placed on a Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Apologies for this limitation. We reserve the right, with apologies, to on occasion be unable to despatch within the hoped for time-frame in which case we would inform you and refund excess postage paid.


International shipments are sent by tracked and signed-for service. Prices quoted are for up to maximum weight 2Kg and within our carrier’s size restrictions. Delivery of larger/heavier shipments will need to be quoted individually.

All orders are shipped from the UK. You may be charged import duties or taxes on international orders by your local authority if applicable.

All destinations:

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders same or next working day Monday – Friday, however, we cannot guarantee this.

If the courier or postal carrier is unable to deliver, they may leave the parcel with a neighbour or send it to your nearest post office. If so, they will leave a calling card with instructions as to where the parcel was left.

We’re unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays, so please allow an extra working day if you think this may affect your order.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your Red Squirrel Store order but if something is not right we can offer a refund providing that goods are returned to us in immaculate, unused, saleable condition with seals and tags attached and intact within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer an exchange service so you may wish to re-order the correct item or size separately.

Please note that we are not able to offer 'free returns'. We only refund the cost of postage if we agree there is a genuine fault. [We also believe that 'free returns' policies can generate a lot of waste].

Please note that if you have purchased your products via a Red Squirrel Store stockist you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

To Make a Return you must:

Return items within 14 days: Return your order within 14 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.

Return items in the condition you received them: All items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Shoes must be tried on indoors only and be returned in their original box where applicable. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery such as earrings unless faulty or unfit for purpose.

Keep the tags on: Most Red Squirrel Store items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without its original tag attached and intact, the return will be sent back to you.

How to Send:

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage until the return process is complete. Red Squirrel Store is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Red Squirrel Store Covid-19 update: please email before posting as we may need to suggest an alternative address.

We aim to handle your return within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund return postage and packaging cost equivalent to cost of sending by UK Royal Mail.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, send proof of postage to [email protected] and we will look into it for you. Please note that we are unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
