We want you to be completely satisfied with your Red Squirrel Store order but if something is not right we can offer a refund providing that goods are returned to us in immaculate, unused, saleable condition with seals and tags attached and intact within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer an exchange service so you may wish to re-order the correct item or size separately.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via a Red Squirrel Store stockist you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
To Make a Return you must:
Return items within 14 days: Return your order within 14 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.
Return items in the condition you received them: All items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Shoes must be tried on indoors only and be returned in their original box where applicable. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery such as earrings unless faulty or unfit for purpose.
Keep the tags on: All Red Squirrel Store items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original tag attached and intact, the return will be sent back to you.
How to Send:
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage until the return process is complete. Red Squirrel Store is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Red Squirrel Store, Shopping List London, Studio 203, 56 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RG.
We aim to handle your returns within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund return postage and packaging cost equivalent to cost of sending by UK Royal Mail.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, send proof of postage to email@example.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we are unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
