Shipping policy

We endeavour to despatch your order within two working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or UK National Holidays).  If for any reason we need more time, for example if an ordered item needs to be brought from another location or due to unforeseen staff absence, we do our best to inform you and consult with you.

Standard sending method is by Royal Mail post. We reserve the right to use other couriers at our discretion.
